Freight: is free for all purchases over $99. All framed prints (and stretched canvas) are delivered to your door ready to hang.
Christmas cut-off times: Unfortunately we are unable to 100% guarantee any dates due to the uncertainty with couriers & aus post at this time of the year. As orders surge in the lead up to Christmas, we recommend ordering asap to allow for the slowdown in both production & freight. Our recommended cut off date for Christmas delivery is 12th of December.
PRODUCT OPTIONS (FRAMED PRINT, STRETCHED CANVAS or FRAMED CANVAS).
Framed Prints: A classic thinline, sustainably sourced wood that is FSC certified. Our wood frames are milled with simple clean lines and presented with a natural matt finish. Our Framed prints also include an elegant off-white, acid-free mount that surrounds the image and will not discolour or fade with age. Please note - sizing is the measurement of the external frame size, not the size of the internal printed image.
Canvas: Premium quality 400gsm canvas material - finely textured artist-grade cotton substrate which consistently reproduces image details with outstanding detail and clarity. Produced using a 12 colour giclée fine art printing process (100+ year colour guarantee) and hand finished by a canvas framers using professional artist stretcher bars milled from the quality kiln-dried knotless pine.
Framed Canvas: 38mm stretched canvas within a traditional picture frame. The simple addition of a wooden picture frame creates a completely new form of wall art, quite distinct to a standard canvas. The thin frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas helping create a floating border.

Orders that are shipped using the complimentary "free shipping" option will have their products shipped free of chrage using the most affordable shipping method - usually via Australia post (Tracked). This method can take from 5 days in metropolitan city areas, sometimes up to 14 days to remote or country sites. For more up-to-date info, please visit the current delivery time frames and service updates from Australia Post.
Expedited Tracked Shipping within Australia: 3 - 6 days.
Orders that are shipped using the expedited option will have their products shipped using the most affordable/fastest shipping method at the time - usually via Startrack, TOLL or TnT (Tracked). Tracking data will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available. Pilbara prints reserves the right to alter or change freight partners without notice due to changes in delivery efficiencies, regional network access or overall cost.
Local Delivery, Pilbara Region: Within 48 Hours.
From time to time Pilbara Prints will offer complimentary local delivery within the Pilbara region (usually Port Hedland or Karratha) this is entirely dependant on Pilbara base stock levels. If you are resident of the Pilbara and are after a particular print (you've left your birthday/Christmas shopping to the last minute) and would like urgent delivery, please send us an email to see if your particular choice is in stock locally.
