To celebrate our launch, Pilbara Prints is proud to offer FREE EXPRESS FREIGHT (when you spend over $99) on any of our products! Express freight is currently taking around 2 - 3 days to metro cities, +1 day if you live regional. Simply select the "express freight" option on checkout, once you hit the magic $100 spend, the express freight option will show as $0.00. On the 1st of July our free freight option will revert back to standard freight.

NOTE: Residents of the Pilbara Region (AS OF MAY 2021)

We will update this notice accordingly but due to ongoing and abnormally long delays experienced by the Australia Post network to the North West of Australia, we strongly suggest selecting the "Express delivery" option at checkout. It seems the major backlog and delays of parcels has cleared but in the past residents of the Pilbara were noting delays of up to 7 weeks. Given this is extraordinarly unusual and lengthy, we will do our utmost to assist within our means, liaise with our printer, even do our best to replace products that are officially deemed "lost" in transit, however because we are at the mercy of Australia Post's systems, Pilbara Prints will not be held liable for any resulting expense or financial loss caused due to postage delays.

Free Shipping within Australia: 7 - 12 days. (Timeframe does not apply to the Northwest of WA, read note above).

Orders that are shipped using the complimentary "free shipping" option will have their products shipped free of chrage using the most affordable shipping method - usually via Australia post (Tracked). This method can take from 5 days in metropolitan city areas, sometimes up to 14 days to remote or country sites. Expedited / Express Tracked Shipping within Australia: 3 - 6 days. 

Orders that are shipped using the expedited option will have their products shipped using the most affordable/fastest shipping method at the time - usually via Startrack, TOLL or TnT (Tracked). Customers selecting this option will be issued tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Pilbara prints reserves the right to alter or change freight partners without notice due to changes in delivery efficiencies, regional network access or overall cost.

Local Delivery, Pilbara Region: Within 48 Hours.

From time to time Pilbara Prints will offer complimentary local delivery within the Pilbara region (usually Port Hedland or Karratha) this is entirely dependant on our Pilbara base stock levels. If you are located in the Pilbara and looking to purchase a particular print (you've left your birthday/Christmas shopping to the last minute) and would like urgent delivery, please send us an email to see if your particular choice is in stock locally.
