Shipping

Good news - we ship internationally to virutally all countries and to streamline & speed up the process we use printers closest to, or actually in your country. So if you're based in the UK, we'll utilise our UK printer (rather than our Aussie Printer) and you'll get your beautiful Pilbara Print way faster! Shipping is free if you spend over $99, or a small fee (depending on weight/size) if under this minimumn spend threshold.

If you have selected free standard freight, products ship within a couple of days and usually take 6 - 7 days to arrive. In some cases shipments can take up to two weeks to deliver depending on frame size and your address (rural addresses often take a few additional days).

Note for NW residents: If you live within the Karratha or Port Hedland area, we are currently experiencing extended delays due to the Aus Post network and extreme weather events. We thank our customers for their continued patience and hope to see the freight times restored to normal again.

Returns and exchanges.

If you product has been damaged in transit or is deemed "lost" by Aus Post or the courier company, you will need to provide photos of the damage and/or official notification of item being lost, we can then replace immediately for you.

As per our refund and returns policy, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. However if the product you have received is faulty in anyway, please let us know and we can organise a replacement immediately.

Printing info / Quality.

Yes! However the more detailed answer is, if you are located in Australia, then we use our Australian based printers. If you are in Canada, then we use a printer based in Canada. Ultimately we want to save time (and our carbon footprint) by utilising a printer in the country (or area) that you are based in. There's no point in us printing in Australia and shipping to the United States or vice versa. By using local printers we support business in each respective country too.

For a couple of reasons we are unable to name our selected printers, the first being an obvious competitive reason - we have worked hard to research, test and secure a printing partner that meets our expectations and standards of quality. The second reason is that our printing partner has a vast international network and listing each printer would chew up more space than this FAQ section allows for.

No - we also offer stretched canvas, framed canvas, fine art prints (print only) and prints with wooden magnetic hangers (top edge and bottom edge). You can find you chosen image available in other print mediums by clicking on the "print options" menu at the top of our home page. Or when in the search mode, you can use the filter menu on the left of the product range page to filter by print-type (e.g. select framed prints only, or canvas only etc).

Because we are shipping worldwide and all around Australia (it's a big country) we prefer to offer our thinline elegant framing, usually natural wood, although this might not suit everyones tastes (people who prefer big or thick heavy-set frames) it keeps the weight to a manageable size for us when shipping to far away places.

If you do have a bit of spare time up your sleeve and would prefer a more customised frame or a different style of framing (e.g. edge to edge shadow box) then we suggest selecting the Fine Art (Print Only) option and taking this to your local framer.
