HI I'M JOSEPH PENIPE
A Karratha (Western Australia) based portrait, lifestyle and documentary photographer, on a mission to capture those breathtaking moments that cannot be expressed in words. I have a cinematic editing style that preserves your legacy in an elegant and timeless manner.
I'm a photographer, husband, son and (a self-proclaimed) coffee connoisseur. When I'm not behind the camera, I help people build some pretty cool stuff.
I've been documenting life through photographs for over 15 years, and I'm constantly fascinated by people, places and change. There are moments in time that I wish I could relive every day, there are places I wish I never left, and people I wish I never had to say 'goodbye' to.
To me, this is the essence of photography; it’s a work of art that tells a timeless story for anyone to relive. I strive to capture the emotions you feel when you’re in the wild, the scent of the forest or ocean, the sand between your toes and the sound of rustling leaves or waves hitting the shore. My goal is to evoke these emotions and showcase them as a timeless story; one told through photographs and video.
